Unlike other ovens on the market, the My Forno isn't built as a Rofco upgrade. It's based on an existing 3-phase commercial platform, adapted to single-phase for domestic and light commercial use. It boasts superior insulation, a heavy-duty, double-reinforced door that remains safe to touch throughout baking, improved steam generation, fast heat-up and recovery times, and is manufactured by a third-generation commercial bakery oven builder with over 60 years of experience.
This oven truly stands in a class of its own, producing bakery-quality bread, comparable to a 3-phase commercial deck oven.

WARRANTY AND SUPPORT
The oven comes with a one year warranty that covers all parts except for replacement light bulbs. We do ship one extra light bulb with it so you can easily obtain spares. An additional year of warranty can also be purchased for $300.
