WARRANTY AND SUPPORT
The oven comes with a one year warranty that covers all parts except for replacement light bulbs. We do ship one extra light bulb with it so you can easily obtain spares. An additional year of warranty can also be purchased for $300.
US support comes from Pizza Goods, the exclusive importer and distributor. In business since 2019 and based in south Florida, Pizza Goods is also the exclusive importer and distributor for other Italian brands such as Sunmix (mixers and dough rounders) and Alfa (pizza ovens).

STORY
My Forno โฅ is a result of collaboration between a third generation baker and a third generation manufacturer of commercial bakery ovens. Handmade in Verona, Italy, our ovens represent over 60 years of dedication to the craft of baking.

Handmade from Baltic Birch, these loading boards make loading and removing bread a breeze. They are 7 ply for extra durability, and 3/8" thick so they won't bend or flex even when fully loaded. Features an easy to grab handle across the entire board.
Baking Mats (Set of 3)

These non-stick, reusable baking mats are perfect for keeping the baking stones clean with messy inclusion breads, or to just allow easier transfer of sticky dough. Fully tested by our team, these are custom made to perfectly cover each deck!
Stand
This custom stand is made from solid stainless steel, and is the exact dimensions of the oven for a perfect fit. Comes with stainless steel support shelf and a rack insert for storing up to 5 baking trays (40cm x 60cm). Also includes fittings that the oven feet slide onto for extra stability.
